The Accessible Music Technology & Practice Seminar is being hosted by the Institute of Art Design & Technology in the Carriglea Building of their campus on the outskirts of Dun Laoghaire, South County Dublin and will be starting at 10:15AM. The Carriglea Building is located beside Carpark D (marked the red star in the map below). There will also be signs directing you from the reception area if you have difficulty finding the building.

Visitors may use any of the car parks subject to the payment of the appropriate fee and the visible display of the ticket on the vehicle. Carpark D is closest to the room where the seminar will take place.
Current car parking rates are:

  • €0.50 per hour or part thereof for up to 4 hours.
  • €2.00 per hour or part thereof for parking thereafter.
  • Declamping Charge €80.00 (€40.00 for motorcycles)

Those in possession of a valid European Disabled Drivers Card as issued by the Irish Wheelchair Association, or the Disabled Drivers Association can also avail of the spaces listed below:

  • 4 designated space in Car Park A
  • 1 designated space in Car Park B
  • 3 designated spaces in Car Park C
  • 2 designated spaces in the Car Park D (closest to Seminar)

The DART in Dun Laoghaire town will take you to Dublin City centre in 20 minutes. IADT is linked by bus to the DART by routes 46a and 75. The timetables for all these DART services are available on the Irish Rail website.


The Luas in Sandyford which is linked to IADT by Dublin bus routes 46a and 75. The no. 63 Dublin bus links IADT via the bus stop on Abbey Road to the Luas at the Carrickmines Luas station. The timetables for all these bus services are available on the Dublin Bus website.
